I have returned to a series of watercolors, i.e. acuarelas, on cold pressed paper to try to jump start my motivation after the summer recess. So far, I did one work called Wall of Heliconias and this one entitled, Tatacoa Cactus for the desert in Huila. I have also started another and they are all being done on 38 x 58 cms Arches cotton paper, and at the heaviest weight available, i.e. 600. I think nature is restorative in more ways than can be counted and hope this series will do just that for me. In the meantime, enjoy!
